Hi Y'all, just dropping a line to say we are living it up in wroclaw, Ruben, Clare and I, having a fantastically festive time and meeting up with a bunch of old friends. Wroclaw is a funky, pretty city and i found the coolest op shop ever... right across from the Philharmonic Centre, so it was full of ex show pieces, and in many different sizes. And CHEAP!!! I think I even dreamt about this place once before... Anyway, we will be travelling around Poland for the next week, then heading down to Colmurano in the southish of italy. Looking forward to that as well, back to summer all of a sudden. Get to wear the new bight blue super tight ex opera singers dress i just bought. Then we will be in Budapest, as some of you will know from already checking the myspace . Our Gig at the Godor klub has been changed to July 14th! so tell your friends... Then on to The Utcaszene festival in Veszprem from 15-18 july. The show is coming along, we had our first rehearsal yesterday with clare, followed by our first show... living life on the edge. in any case we will be playing every day for the next month so i expect it will develop and unfurl like an exotic flesh eating plant, every day a little stronger and undefinably disturbing... Or maybe it'll just tighten up and become sweeter honey pop rock that makes you wanna lick your finger tips. You will just have to come check it for yourself! And last but not least Ill be heading back to spain at the end of July to turn 30... unless i get a better offer. I dont mind staying 29 for a while more. Keep in touch, will have a few trricks and treats up here within the next few weeks, but cant tell you now what they will be... heehee

So, its spring here in Spain, which means... summer is coming! and to celebrate, Im organizing a tour of Europe with my dramatic dancing drummer Clare talei and my new flamenco maestro Ruben Cortes. Its going to be exciting, the show this year is really embracing the flamenco element, and I have put together a whole new wardrobe to reflect that! Olé Olé!! So we have a lot of dates locked in, and things are really coming together. We are going to Germany, macedonia, poland, italy, hungary, then back to italy.... best if you just pop over to the myspace page and see for yourself. If anyone is interested in being part of the street team, you can sign up on the myspace page... this will mean I will contact you when we come to your town and ask you advice about things, and maybe send you some posters to put up at the coolest places so that all the cool kids know that we are headed that way. It also means that you will be in the inner circle and get the new cds and merchandise for freeeeee!!!!! Its Spring!!! I have a plum tree blooming outside my window, and its gorgeous... the weather has snapped from freezing cold rainy to delightfully springy, and people are animated and on the streets. I have been recording, writing, rehearsing and looking for costume bits n pieces. BECAUSE.... I have a new project on the boil, a flamenco/hannah fusion... Sound hard to imagine? It was for me in the beginning as well, but its kind of coming together now, and showing glimpses of interesting colour. This summer I will be touring the new show as a duo, and then a trio as Miss Clare Talei jumps on the bandwagon a bit later on. Anyway, its called Los Madrugadores and you can check it out on the myspace.com/losmadrugadoresmusic page, if your interested. We have some demo songs going up this week... I have to say, it was really really challenging for me to sing in spanish, and to nail the flamenco melodies. I did my best anyway, so I hope its good enough for you, dear public! There are also a couple of new songs of mine floating around as well, in rough demo format. One on my myspace.com/hannahpearlmusic page, down the bottom. Its called alicat...
